This October, in celebration of ADHD awareness, take off those masks! Stop hiding who you really are. I know it's scary at first, but when you let people see who you really are you will replace fear with excitement and you will know the delight of true connection - instead of pretending to be someone you are not. This is the month to have courage to confront your demons. Who knows? You might just find that others are tired of wearing their masks too!
