This is a one-time gathering for psychotherapists, social workers, counselors. psychologists or psychiatrists who have ADHD, executive function challenges, or who identify as neurodiverse.
This initial one time gathering offers a space for these women mental health professionals to explore common feelings and provides a unique opportunity to hear from and share with other like-minded women. During this time together, we will explore themes and challenges such as practice/clinical issues, professional development, disclosure issues with colleagues or clients, acceptance, identity, emotions, self- concept, and designing your practice in a way that is a good fit.
NOTE: You can think of this introduction as a stand-alone group or as a way to get a taste of the smaller ongoing support groups that may from develop out of this. Those ongoing groups are a safe place for participants to process feelings and issues that are unique to neurodiverse mental health professionals.
